How to Access Physiotherapy Treatment with WPA
1. Contact WPA
Start by contacting WPA through their customer service number or the WPA Health app to confirm that your plan includes physiotherapy coverage. Check whether you’ll need to pay an excess, how many sessions are covered, and whether a GP referral is required.
If a referral is necessary, you can obtain one quickly—either via WPA’s remote GP service (typically within a day or two) or through your NHS GP.
2. Let WPA Know You’re Seeking Treatment
WPA authorises individual physiotherapists, not clinics. Before booking your appointment, inform WPA of the name of the physiotherapist you wish to see and request authorization.

3. Book Your Appointment
You can book your session by calling us at 01744907012 or by emailing info@ontimephysio.co.uk. When booking, please provide your WPA membership number, authorisation or claim number, excess amount, and session allowance.
If you're seeking treatment for multiple conditions, you're welcome to provide more than one authorisation code. Our team will manage your bookings and billing accordingly.
