Do I need to wear anything special or bring anything with me?

Wear something comfortable. If you're coming in for a lower back, hip, knee, ankle, or foot issue, please bring a pair of shorts. For neck, upper back, shoulder, elbow, or hand problems, a vest or tank top is ideal.
If you have any relevant documents such as scans, X-rays, reports, or information about your medication, please bring them to your first session.

How can I book an appointment?

Do I need to see my doctor first?

If you're paying for your treatment privately, you do not need a GP referral.
However, if you’re claiming through private health insurance, please check with your provider—some require a GP referral before approving physiotherapy.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your condition. After your initial assessment, your physiotherapist will recommend a tailored treatment plan and let you know how many sessions may be required.

How do I pay?

The easiest method is through our online booking and payment system.
Alternatively, you can pay at the clinic using cash or bank transfer.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand that things come up. If you’re unable to attend, please contact us via email or phone with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee of 100% of the session cost.

Do you have toilet facilities?

Yes, we have a toilet.

Do you have parking?

Yes, next to our clinic there are two car parks (free of charge), you can also use the road for upto 2 hours free parking.
