How to Access Physiotherapy with Vitality Insurance

1. Contact Vitality to Start Your Claim

If you’ve been referred for physiotherapy by your GP—or feel you need it—contact Vitality via phone, their website, or the Vitality app to submit a claim. A member of their physiotherapy panel will assess your case and determine whether you require virtual or in-person treatment.

2. Choose Your Physiotherapist and Book an Appointment

Get in touch with us by calling 01744907012 or emailing info@ontimephysio.co.uk. We’ll help match you with the most suitable physiotherapist based on your condition.

Once you've chosen, book your appointment by calling us or visiting our clinic in St Helens. Please provide your Vitality membership number and physio plan details so we can confirm how many sessions are covered and any out-of-pocket costs.

3. Payment & Invoices

You’ll pay us directly for your sessions. We accept various payment methods—please let us know your preferred option at the time of booking so we can arrange it accordingly.

To get reimbursed, submit the invoices we provide to Vitality Physiotherapy Insurance.

4. Requesting More Sessions or Continuing Treatment

If you need more sessions than originally approved, you have two options:

  • Pay privately for additional sessions

  • Contact Vitality to request extended coverage

Our physiotherapists can assist with this process by preparing a detailed medical report to support your case for continued treatment, which will be reviewed by Vitality's clinical team.
