Ontime Physiotherapy Clinic is recognized by major private health insurance companies, and it is possible for you to claim the cost of your physiotherapy on your Private Medical Insurance. We recommend that you reach out to your insurance company prior to starting treatment to verify your individual policy conditions regarding the claim.
To ensure a smooth process, we suggest asking your insurance company the following questions:
Is there an excess on the policy? This refers to the portion of the treatment cost that policyholders need to pay themselves.
How much insurance coverage is available? This could be a set number of treatments or a monetary limit.
Is financial assistance provided solely for physiotherapy treatment, or is it part of a larger sum for specialist services? This distinction is important if a consultant is involved or if further investigations are being considered.
Is there a specific time limit for the treatment to take place?
In some cases, Ontime Physiotherapy may directly invoice the insurance company. If you would like us to provide this service, please ensure that you bring all your insurance membership details and authorization information to your first appointment. If your insurance company does not cover the full cost of your treatment, any outstanding amount will be your responsibility as our client.
